Deborah Grogan, Brimley (VNP Region 1 - Chippewa County)

I’m a retired occupational therapist that moved to the U.P. seven years ago to escape the heat. Most of my previous volunteer efforts focused on environmental issues and working with a coalition to address local concerns. I have strong beliefs in honesty and fairness, so Voters Not Politicians is an organization whose mission I support for the sake of our democracy. My role with VNP was a captain in the Eastern Upper Peninsula previously, but I am now a recruiter for region 1 to allow traveling to see my family scattered across the country.
