U.S. District Judge Janet Neff has allowed Voters Not Politicians to intervene in the challenge to the Michigan Independent Redistricting Commission.

An overwhelming majority of Michigan voters supported the redistricting reform amendment, and we are encouraged by the opportunity to represent the will of the people in court. We are confident the amendment will be upheld, and our many volunteers continue to move forward each and every day to ensure Michigan’s first Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission is a success.
