Some of the most critical races in this election are actually on the back of the ballot. Take the pledge today to vote your full ballot, including nonpartisan offices like the Michigan Supreme Court.

Remember: If you vote straight party, you still have to make your selections for nonpartisan elections, including the Michigan Supreme Court!

The Michigan Supreme Court:

  • Has the highest legal authority in the state
  • Has recently decided whether or not citizen-initiated ballot proposals could be placed on the ballot for voters to weigh in
  • Directly impacts voting rights, civil rights, disability rights, privacy rights, and more
  • Has TWO seats up for election in 2024
