Kim Murphy-Kovalick is the Senior Director of Policy and Programs at Voters Not Politicians. She came to nonprofit work after having careers as a small business owner and nurse. Kim served as a volunteer Regional Field Director in the Prop 2 Campaign that ended gerrymandering and now works to engage volunteers and grassroots community leaders around the state to implement the Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission. She is committed to using her organizing skills to produce change that lifts all Michiganders. She spends her free time raising small humans, volunteering in her community, and camping.
